When you visit the VCIC website, we do not capture personally identifiable information. Our Internet service provider collects information about the date and time when our website was accessed and, if you linked to our website from another website, it records the Internet address of the website from which you linked to our site. This information is collected to measure the number of visitors to our site and the addresses of the websites from which our visitors come. The Internet service provider does not record the email address and other personally identifiable information of persons who view our website.
We record personally identifiable information (name, email address, mailing address, city, state, zip code, and phone number) from those who voluntarily provide it. We accept donations through the mail, Eventbrite (for events), and through Paypal. Eventbrite and Paypal will ask you for some of this information and, if you send us a check, that check includes your account information. If you provide personally identifiable information to us, we keep the information confidential. We will only release your personally identifiable information if you have given explicit consent.
